Visits to Preschools

Register below your interest in booking us in for a 30-minute Preschool music session at your Centre, while we're on tour in your rohe/region.

Our out-of-town fee for running an interactive 30-minute music session (during the weekday, before 2pm), is $380.

Please note: this is not a booking form. We are only gathering expressions of interest. We will email all interested Centres with a proposed schedule, approx. 2-4mths before our tour date.

Here are our proposed tour dates, below:

North Canterbury – Sunday, 27 April to Friday, 2 March 2025
Far North – Friday, 3 October to Saturday, 11 October 2025
Tauranga – Tuesday, 28 October to Saturday, 1 Nov 2025
West Coast – Sunday, 19 April to Friday, 24 Apr 2026
Sydney (Aust.) – Friday, 9 October to Saturday, 16 October 2026

* Our standard out-of-town fee for a 30-minute music session, at a preschool, is $380 for a group of up to 40 tamariki, during the week, before 2pm. Additional children (ie. more than 40) will be $4 per head. Please indicate below how many children are likely to be attending.

1-40 children ($380)
40-60 children ($380 for the first 40, then $4 per head, thereafter)
60-100 children ($460 for the first 60, then $4 per head, thereafter, + sound system fee (potentially))
100+ children (concert performances start at $600 + sound system fee)

* Do you have any Loopy Tunes song requests?

Please note: We will do our best to include any requested waiata. However, some of our waiata are not as suited to a small group music session as others (ie. are less interactive, or better suited to a Concert setting), but we will definitely try, and will let you know if we can't.
